- To retrieve your PUK via USSD, dial *123*7*3# and follow the response.
- You will be asked these questions:
- Mother’s maiden Name

- Last Recharge Amount.

using another Airtel number, you need to type your (locked) mobile number and send it to 121.
Type PUK-Space-11-digit SIM and send it to 121.
